 Dealing with Tenants:

 We undertake referee and credit checks on all tenants. We never leave this important step out.

We can arrange fixed-term tenancies if this is your wish (may be called a Lease). Otherwise, we work mainly with periodic tenancies. This allows us to raise rents when the market changes.

We abide by the Residential Tenancies Act at all times and lodge Bond Payments with Tenancy Services in Porirua as required by law.
