We have a dedicated manager with many years experience who works in with a trusted range of contractors to keep your property well maintained and in good repair. We work with trades people who have proved themselves over the years to give us prompt service at competitive rates.

We have a trusted contractor to do the lawns and gardens of properties we manage. If required we will have your home soft washed, gutters cleared, trees trimmed and other jobs required to keep your home in good order.

Along with this we inspect your property at least once every three months and more often if this is required. For example, when maintenance work is being done we will visit the property regularly to ensure work is carried out and done according to our instruction. We visit new tenants to ensure they are living correctly in the house. This is done 2 weeks after they move in. At this time a damage/defect list is completed. We do this also for the benefit of the tenant who may have questions they need answering about aspects of living in the property. We chose tenants who will work alongside us to care for your property.

You will be sent a report after every inspection.
