All children in New Zealand are entitled to free access to schooling from their 5 th birthday until the end of the year in which they turn 19, or to the age of 21 if they are special education students.

If you have younger children, kindergartens are available for children age three to five. Many of these centres have waiting lists, so it is important to get young children enrolled as early as possible. We are also able to advise you on pre-schools if necessary.

If you have school age children, we know how important the right schools are. As all our staff have lived in Hamilton and the Waikato for many years we know which schools are best.

As part of the education system, all schools in New Zealand are allocated a decile rating and many factors come into the rating given to a school. While the decile rating is definitely a major consideration, it is only one factor to consider when deciding on a school in New Zealand.

Many schools are also zoned, and we are happy to assist you in finding a home in a particular zone in order to have your children attend a specific school. We will arrange appointments with principals or registrars on your behalf if required.

Appropriate private or public school Education Review Office reports and school prospectus can also be supplied to aid in making a decison.
