listed that have already been let, but there will also be
other properties on our books that are not shown on our website.
Corporate Relocation Specialists does have selected properties that will allow pets, however, there may be weight or breed restrictions.
Hamilton
city, includes the central city area and most properties
would be within walking distance to cafes, restaurants,
shops and office blocks. Hamilton is a fast growing and
dynamic city, with the Waikato River winding through the
middle of the city.
Hamilton's
newest residential developments are in this area. Hamilton
North is well zoned for schools, and ideal for commuting
to Auckland. Westfield Mall, in Chartwell, provides the
main shopping to the north of the city. Significant development
in this area means there are plans for major expansion in
retail construction, to cope with the needs of residents.
The
Hamilton East suburbs encompass the University of Waikato.
It is a well established area, and has excellent schools.
Hamilton East is one of the older parts of the city and
many years ago was a seperate borough. It has magnificent
old trees in several of the streets, and is also where the
Hamilton Gardens are situated. Cambridge properties are also featured on this page, and is a good alternative to Hamilton East.
These
homes are generally within a ten kilometre radius of Hamilton
city. Most of these homes offer a peaceful environment,
with excellent schools and the advantage of being close
to Hamilton. Alternatively, we regularly have homes available
as far as Cambridge and Lake Karapiro.
