When you are looking for a high-quality home to rent, Corporate Relocation Specialists will help you through the house-hunting and application process.
We specialise in the Management of more select, superior rental properties, so you can be sure the home you rent is one you will enjoy living in. We are respectful and thorough in all aspects of our work, and your Property Manager will gladly assist you if there is an issue.
If you see a property on this website that suits your needs, get in touch and we will make an appointment for you to view.
What else should you know?
When you have filled out a Tenancy Application form, we will need to perform background checks, including a credit check and reference checks.
Once you have been offered the property, we will ask you to pay two weeks’ rent in advance and four weeks’ worth of rent as bond, which we will lodge with the Department of Building and Housing, plus any applicable administration fees.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to rent arrears – so if for any reason you know you are going to be late in paying your rent, let your Property Manager know as soon as possible.
Two weeks after you move in we will inspect the property to check all is well and answer any questions you might have, and then every three months thereafter.
If there is anything you are concerned about with the property, no matter how small, talk to your Property Manager. We want you to enjoy your home!
Unless you are on a fixed-term tenancy, you will need to give 21 days’ notice if you plan to move. If you wish to continue your fixed-term tenancy, you will need to notify your Property Manager within three weeks of the end of the tenancy.
