We are currently experiencing a shortage of quality rental properties especially in our northern suburbs and near the university/innovation park area. This is possibly the result of relatively high interest rates coupled by higher pricing for new homes making the investment in rental properties being less attractive to investors or it could be that fewer people are heading overseas for extended periods. Whatever the reason, we would like to hear of anyone who will be able to place a property with us to manage and place our highly skilled tenants into them.
